Pathetic staff and appalling service

I would like to raise a concern with the staff in casualty warn. We have never received such an appalling service ever. My little brother was admitted last night around 10pm and only today at 4pm he was sent for scans and blood tests. Since then until now, he has never been attended to. This is artery bull honestly. Our family members are honestly suffering. When we asked the nurse on an update she proudly said "your questions are annoying" imagine the nerve. I pledge for the department of health to honestly look in to this cause wow the service is shocking.
