Pathetic service

My dad was admitted to Bara about 4 weeks for an injury to his right hand where he stayed at Bara for a few days.All Bara did was put a hard plaster on his right hand and told him to come back the following week.On the 28th May, I had taken my dad back to the hospital to have his hand checked.I was sent from pillar to post, which took the whole entire day.My dad was told to pay R90 for his file, he had to then have an Xray done for his hand.We had to go back to the Ortho clinic, where the DR advised that my dad needs to be admitted and that most likely the operation will be done the same night.As the bone on his hand was not in the correct position & would therefore cause his hand to be short.the DR then sent us for chest Xray and an ECG.Once all had been done, I had to then take my dad to the causality department and pay another R80 to have him admitted.Thereafter they had put my dad in ward 11, which I ensured was done.On Friday they had requested more bloods from my dad.They told my father that they needed to do some tests.The tests results only came back on Monday and it was negative.They discharged him on the Tuesday, with no answers & medication. 2day I still have no answers.
