Lack of urgency and continuing to traumatise patients

My fiance and I have been trying to have a child and failing.we also had about 4 miscarriages.we tried private hospitals and had no luck.we even lost a lot of money and our jobs in the process.we recently went to Bara and she saw the gynaecologist eventually.they took a lot of blood for testing and asked her to go for pap's me wich we did all and told her to do ultra sound and the results will be back by the 1st week of November.we did all this but when we went to book for ultra sound we told this can only happen in November on the 28th.the gynae said that she suspected fibroids.my problem is that she gets a lot of pain when she's on her menstrual cycle and I mean immense pain and when we tried to tell them they said she must wait for the tests we asked for pain medication but we were never given any.my biggest problem is that the pain got so bad I found her trying to cut herself and take out the fibroids causing her pain.in was scared and I'm still scared when I think that there's another month for menstruation and possibly more until she's operated.my filling is that when you can't afford medical aid or be poor and go to our government facilities your going to be stripped of your dignity and like my fiance even consider self operating.I'm disgusted that our government and the public sector can be so ruthless.the lady who was booking her for ultra sound said that she can't leave work late just to add another person for the ultra sound it's not possible.it's not what she said it's how she said it that was demeaning and inhuman.it's really sad.true story of Bara.
