I need help suing Baragwanath hospital

I went to Bara a few years back for a hand surgery at the hand unit only to find out that they were actually going to perform a surgery on my foot. A surgery I never knew of 💔. I can even remember the doctors name. He ruined my foot, I can't walk long distance. My foot is swollen as we speak I can't sleep and I temporarily can't walk. I can't even explain the pain. It is so painful 😭. I once mentioned suing the hospital but I was told that I'm too poor I can not do such a thing. Can I please get help suing baragwanath hospital because I can't work and I can not rely on social grant money the rest of my life
