Hospital did not contact family member to notify us of the death of my grandmother!

My grand mother was admitted on Thursday, Friday night she passed away the nurses and hospital had our contact details but no one bothered to contact any of my grand mothers family members to notify them of her death today we thinking she is still alive so we decided to go visit her in hospital, then a nurse tells us she passed away last night our first question was why were we not contacted even in the morning nobody tried to call us to notify us as the family, I’m very disappointed in the service because these nurses earn a salary every month but non of them take care of the patients properly they don’t have care at all, it is so heart breaking to go visit a person in hospital only to be told that the person died the previous night and no one was contacted. Horrible Hospital!!!!
