Horrible Service

Good Day

on monday my brother was not feeling well and we took him to the hospital and he was attended to and they ran tests through out the night and on tuesday i was still at the hospital could not go to work, i went to the reception at casualty for assistance to atleast get a letter to take to work on wednesday explaining why was i absent, i was told to go to another place where they give out the letter, mind you i have never been the hospital, and it confuses like crazy and i arrived by that office i was told to go to but never got any assistance, went back the casualty and still was told they dont give out those letters at casualty, i went to work on wednesday without the leter and they still demanded it.

on Thursday, which was yesterday i went to fetch my brother as he was release from the hospital. when i got there i advised my brother to go fetch the medication and i will go get the letter, when i got there there was one person working there, we were few she could have atleast communicated with us if she was having problem with the computer or she is on lunch or se is not working that side, but we sat ther from half past 2 in the after untill 4pm with no assistance and we were told that they are closed now, we must come back in the morning which is today friday.

i am currently at work and i couldnt miss another day from work. i still need the letter to give to my bosses to file, becasue it will be unpaid and i can't afford to get deductions on something that was so simple. If possibble can i get a letter Emailed to me.
