Funeral Policy and The amount of money that is needed from me by Baragwanath as a public hospital. from me b

I had a stillborn on the 6th of November 2024,i was admitted at Baragwanath hospital, i was given a death report in which i was able to take my son to my family undertaker and the child was buried on the 11th of November 2024...

I have few funeral policies in which i was advised that they do cover for stillborn's however it depends on the number of months... I lodged a claim on the 20th and one of the policies did pay and the othee asked for a Gestation letter before processing the claim, i was advised to go back to Baragwanath for that letter,i then went back to Baragwanath, i got a very shocking response, i was told i have to pay an amount of R777. 00 for me to get that letter... But my problem is the information that's written on the Gestation lettee is there on the BI form.. So I'm confused as to should I blame my policy or Baragwanath, till to date my claim is not yet processed....
