Filthy walls and dirty floors in the corridors

I have been to hospital can the corridors not get painted an floors has old blood it is so filthy ward 14 ,43 an 45 up to 5 Old paint that is peeling.There are vomits can they not get some jeyes fluid to scrub the corridors .This tender thing must stop especially when you need the hospital painted just hire painters
