****ed as hell!!!

I've just been admitted to bara today for csection and it's my first time here and I'm honestly extremely disappointed. I wasn't given a pillow to sleep on,the nurses are rude and to top it all off I have to wait for a maximum of 2 weeks to get my csection done???? Because there's a waiting list. Now my point is,why not just tell me to go wait at home and give me a date and time to come back??? Now I'm here with no pillow,unmannered nurses and a bathroom which looks like it isn't taken care of. I've just gotten here and I already want to leave. Does anyone know of a better public hospital which I can transfer to?
