Dirty wards

Went so see a patient today after she had a hear surgery a 12 year old girl. Ward 18 cubicle 1 cardiology the ward is extremely dirty and you can see that its been like that for months if not years. I took pictures and wanna know how does health inspectors work cause those kids will get viruses from that kind of filth. The smell yhooo aiii its getting worse by the day.
