I was stuck in a lift with my 10month old daughter, warden and a prisoner for almost 2 hours. I buzzed the emergency on the lift and the lady on the other end kept on saying someone is coming to assist us. My 10month old daughter was hysterical and claustrophobic to a point where I could not calm her down. I opted to calling the toll free number twice and they told me they don't have an exact ETA on the technicians but he should be there I asked why is there not an available technician on site but no could give me an answer, we waited and waited until the security guards with the assistance of the warden hammered the side of the lift door to get it open and eventually 2 hours later it got opened forcefully. I'm extremely traumatized, frustrated and angry to a point where I get panic attacks. What if something had happened to my baby. The sign of urgency we got was disgusting and that is a hospital. Department Of Health must definitely look it to this because an extremely sick patient will not handle being stuck for long in a lift.
