Complaint Novemeber 2019

Disappointed on the services we receive at baragwanath, I have the serious concern with nurses who are so undermining , rude and lack in communication.. The granny was discharged and the nurses told me to take her, my fiancee asked how can we because she is weak, they insisted saying she will recover at home, they did the biggest mistake by not communicating with us that some tablets she needs are out of stock, fine we didn't even now as family, after 2 days discharged gogo started bloat in the side stomach with pain, high blood was very high, sugar very high, unable to speak and breath, emergency took her to jabulani hospital, by luck I took 3 medications that she was discharged with, I was than told at jabulani that gogo ddnt drink some medication that are prescribed by gogo on the discharged notice , 'where you told that some medication are out of stock" I said no, I crashed to bara to complain, they referred me to ward 15, at ward 15 the nurse I charge gave me huge attitude, telling me is me who took gogo by force when she said she mustnt go, I said that doesn't make sense, shez the biggest ****, she said go ahead and report me to quality office, I went to quality office they called her and they believed her lies coz the guy calling her kept saying 100% correct, than after call, the guy said they will respond in 24 days, I will fight this coz my granny she was almost dead, so jabulani hospital took her back to bara in the same ward 15, I believe they won't neglect her as I'm watching an eye on them, Coz I am a tax payer my granny is a citizen , she deserve quality health care
