Complaint

Hi am not happy with the health care at Baragwanath I asked the doctors at Chris hani baragwanath hospital to give me an update on every test they make on my husband, I must always call to ask what is happening.

The worst part is I see my husband daily, last week they tested him for covid he negative and suddenly last night he got tested and I get a whatsapp message from a doctor telling me that he is covid positive, when I ask for answers they told me am holding doctors hostage yet am a citizen when we want to know what has caused my husband to be in hospital foe a month they have no answers because now they want numbers of covid to go up i'm told my husband is covid positive and we are not given proper answers yet we are paying tax on a monthly basis. Why do we get such horrible treatment from public institutions such a big hospital never wants to meet with family members for assistance

When you are covid positive they tell you they cannot test again to make sure the results are true, but when negative they are willing to test you again can the doctors and nurses stop trying to taking numbers up of covid and help those who are sick please.

We are not respected that much that you tell me such scary news via what'sapp respect us and give us good service that's all we ask.
