Cold hearted nurses

I delivered my baby through c section on the 23rd of April at 06:25am and was transferred to maternity ward 67 aound 11:00am with my baby that's when I tried breastfeeding the baby but he couldn't latch on however the day shift staff managed to show me and the baby eventually latched on my breast however nothing was coming out. The nurses explained how I should keep trying which I did and gave me a cup of milk to feed the baby. Night shift staff came in at 19:00pm still my breath ilk wasn't coming out and the baby was frustrated and crying, sucking on his hands and my fingers and crying I went to the nurse to ask for a cup of milk since I received it during the day, all the nurses who work with Sister Mtsi as their head all ignored my request and one of them said she cannot give my baby milk but I need bring my baby she will show me how to breastfeed. I told her I was shown how to breastfeed but the baby is hungry at that point , he is also frustrated since he's been sucking on something that doesn't come out. The nurses refused to provide a cup of milk for my baby I told them that the baby has not eaten for 10 hours and his father tried bringing him milk but it was not allowed. Instead the nurse told me to keep trying im telling her tgat what she is telling me was explained to me earler, she refused and told me to keep trying, i told her the baby has not eaten for 10 hours she refused. I cannot believe how so called health workers are so inconsiderate I am extremely angered by this matter. This is appalling that black people do such things to one another, I will not to let this issue lie down, I don't was anyone to be fired from their job however a lesson needs to be learnt so that this doesn't happen to anyone else! This complaint will definitely be on Dr Nkele Lesias' desk as first priority if no feedback is given.
