Barangwanath hospital

Hello Peter, Im having a bad experience with chrishani Barangwanath hospital, on the 12th march last year my partner was admitted at the hospital for delivery but unfortunately the baby passed away, now I have just found out recently that I had a funeral cover with my provident fund which I was not made aware of until the contract ended, so I contacted the provident fund and they sent me claim documents, part of the documents requires the Dr's medical report/declaration, we went to the hospital with my partner but Dr's told us they can't help us, I have written emails to the hospital, health department in gauteng, national health department but none of them responded. Provident fund is willing to pay the Claim despite late submission but now the hospital can't sign the document. Can someone please help me. Email address :***.
