Baragwanath is disappointing

My name is Tshepo Tladi my number is *** , on the 4th April I came to baragwanath at 12:30pm (visiting time) to bring my sister and her son clothes since they were admitted the night before so I understand during the lock down there are no visitors allowed due to the covid19(Corona virus) so I asked the lady at the door Violet from Ma***o security services to call anyone from the children's ward (ward32) maybe a nurse or any security guard to come to the door and collect the clothes because my sister can't leave the kid unattended and come to the door then the lady and a gentleman from the security services company just told me they can't n thats not allowed and I'm full of jokes

The only thing I asked for is to call anyone but they felt like I'm wasting their time then I had to call my sister to leave the child and come to collect the clothes Is that the service one should expect and from a community health service center South Africa is getting ruined day by day
