Baragwanath ENT

On the 8th of October I went to bara ENT for a continuous sinusitis and this time it was worse,didn't know how to breathe,my voice was gone, the mucus was dry with blood and my nostrils were very painful can't even touch them. When I get to the reception that day I remember it was around 12:30 afternoon, can't even speak, my breathing was very high cos I was breathing with my mouth! I approach a dark medium size built lady at a reception, trying to tok to her forcing my voice out, telling her that my medication was finished for two weeks and I been working didn't have much time to come take another one or do check up, I told her that the Dr said to me I should come back if the medication is finished and don't see any difference, sadly ,that time was struggling to breathe and my voice wasn't coming out to tok to her..she didn't even help me with anything! She told me that I'm late, they can't take me in , I have to come back the other week cos there were no doctors that can assist me! I told her I can't make it next week cause I can't even sleep at night and I can't even tok to my clients anymore. All she did was shouting at me at the reception in front of other patients "telling me she doesn't care about my work issues 😒, I have to come on the other week when the doctors are back! I remember I cried walking out and she didn't care, then this other guy working there helped me to report her, but instead didn't get help cos I didn't know how to speak back as my voice was soar and gone!!! From there I went to clicks to buy some few medication for sinus but still they partially working. On my situation right now I can't breathe properly, and my voice isn't working, can I get a specialist pls 😭 😫 😩 😔
