Bara Antinatal bad service

I am at Bara antinatal clinic for my follow up appointment. I never look forward to coming here because there is no standard process in place and the nurses are rude and treat us like small children. The nurses don't care that we have been here since 6:30am, they shout and are clueless about how the queue and where we should go. Firstly our files are taken and stamped but unfortunately the files get jumbled up and patients who came late end up being seen first by the doctors. Their admin process is ****py and slow, they are inconsiderate as well. Some of us are not only expecting but have preexisting illnesses, I have epilepsy for instance. I have been here since 6:30am and are still far from seeing the doctor. I am irritated, tired, hungry and anxious to get out of here. The processes change each time I am here and it doesn't help that most of the nurse are short tempted, rude and unhappy when you ask for their help. The ladies toilets are soo dirty, I have never seen anyone cleaning them ever and we have to urinate in dirty non sanitized cups for our urine to be tested. There is very little social distancing with seating arrangement which is chaotic, stuffy and hot with no working air-conditioning or even a open window. Could this be another way Covid is spreading? Please can someone help us, please
