Bad services from admin department and nurses

Came In on the 17th of June with a refferal from southrand Was sent to xray department from there was sent to the maxillo department where I was told they do not take southrand patients I get that the distance is far out but if I was half dead would they still leave me out there because I'm from southrand?? Just some curiosity!! Its a public hospital but you still get told they can't assist you.....
