Bad Service at baragwanath, Indian doctor- bad service...

I need to know where i can lodge a complaint against a doctor who has dome serious harm to my premature baby at baragwanath hospital, baby was fine until she took some blood samples, thereafter it fell and she had to take some more blood. An half an hour too an hour later the baby couldn't breath and was treated, his on another machine but all along he was doing fine. No one has done anything about this and when we ask how the baby is doing, the staff are rude with us, please can anyone help? My number ********** 435 thanks...
