Bad Service!

I am fankly disappointed with the service that I received at Bara hospital. I took my grandma in evening (21:30pm), She was taken by the porter to the X-ray rooms, but after taking the X-rays, the porter was no where to be found, the Clerk's in the XRay department were sleeping. I had to take my grandma back to the casualty emergency room myself with the stretcher. When I got there, I was advised that I need to go back to the X-ray department, the porters are sleeping there and giving us a run around since they know that the emergency room is always busy porters are always available. No help was given to me. I had to take my grandma in that stretcher to the admission ward 20. The clerk's were sleeping as well. I am disappointed with the service that I received a clerks by the name Mike who refused to give me his surname was the worst, he even confirmed that they don't get paid for working over time when I requested for a Doctor's note, as if its any of my problem.Baragwanath hospital needs to do something, they preach Batho Pele but their staff doesn't practice that principle. The worst part is that Nightshift staff don't even have their name tags on.
