Backdated Money not paid

On the 19 September 2017 was the last meeting I had with Mr Khanyile regarding none payment of Backdated Money from 2 ********** , He had promised payment end of October 2017 up until now I haven't been paid he keeps on coming up with excuses, I'm wondering how long does it take for the payment to be paid as I have retired from 2014. I also require him to fix my pension fund Annual payment, gratuity not fixed until when am I supposed to be running after them for my money
