Angry beyond

No patient is suppose to waited to be helped for 2days. No patient is suppose to be shouted at for the Doctor who messed on the patient or a drip that came out! Night shift for the 14th December was rude and no words can describe how disappointed i am. The hospital needs to upgrade here services
