RENTING CONTRACT SIGN AND THEN WITHDRAWN

We have rent a plot from Chris. The sunday we saw the plot he promised us usage of everything except the flat and a small office, He knew we wanted to use the 3 garages as a factory and put on tunnels. He contacted us the monday to asked when we can move in. The Teusday I hired 2 black ladies ans a blackman to clean the house as it was extremely dirty. The Wednesday we went to sign the contract, I told him his contract stated that we can not bring cats so we can not rent. He told me to scratch it out as it was before when he had only carpets in his house. he signed at the change. We started moving in on the Thursday and Friday. The Saturday we had to just move our big machine from the factory when he told me that he never agreed on us cats coming and i had to either kill my cats or move out. He was so rude and aggressive that we decided to move out before he kill them when we are not home
