Interview and selection process

I have been invited for an interview which they called me saying I passed and will be placed in the call center. I then said I will like to discuss it with my husband as they only offer 4500 basic and then 10% commission for each successful sale. I then asked how they get their leads thereafter I was told that they already found someone who is willing to Start the following Monday but today they still posting that they are hiring. My only thought was okay I have been disqualified for asking to many questions which I feel was wrong because at the end off the day I need to know if I will be working at a loss or not.
