Chris Bernard is not to be trusted

I have had a rental property registered with Chris Bernard Properties for the last three years, I would not recommend using their services. The owner is not very upfront. Accounting records are not sent regularly. He has not paid out deposits due. He does not reply to any queries. Sends out statements with deposits paid to you, on investigating my bank statements no monies have been transferred. Do not deal with this agency The only reason for the one star is because I cannot give a no star rating
