Chris Aluminum

We wanted to have a aluminum window installed at our house and we're referred to Chris Aluminum. We contacted the business and we're supp**** with a quote which we accepted. We were told that we would have to pay a deposit to secure the manufacturing of the window. My wife paid R2000 and we were told that it would be installed in a weeks time. It never happened. When we contacted them again they gave us a new story. And it just didn't happen. We were told to contact Williz *** who also had a million stories and were told that Ben *** *** would be coming to install the window. It never happened. I've found 3 different addresses for this company and I have been to all 3 and they have left these premises. No one can tell me where they have moved to. This is going on for 2 months now and I've been blocked by them and when I do get hold of Chris I'm told more stories. We have contacted FNB ***** Unit and reported it to SAPS and still no luck. I have also contacted the Aluminum society of South Africa for answers but am told that Chris Aluminum is not a registered company even though they say on their website that the are affiliated with the big Glass and Aluminum suppliers. DON'T USE CHRIS ALUMINUM ***** company and people. Chris *** *** *** I just don't know what to do anymore. All I wanted was a window or my money back
