Being accused of lying.

I have been medically boarded, and when i emailed Gadija Hendricks the administrator to tell her that I would be paying my levy and arrears on the last day of the month instead of the 25th and that i might have to review my budget regarding the amount i would be able to pay for the arrears seeing as I now only get 75% of my salary, I was so shocked!!! when she said "Kindly furnish us with the necessary documentation regarding your being “boarded”." The quotes around the word "boarded" imply that I am lying. I emailed the CEO David Beattie, and he said that he would get her to apologize. When she did not do so for 2 days in a row, I said that I would go to social media if she did not apologize by the end of yesterday. The fact that they do not deny that she imp**** that i was lying is admitting that that's what she intended. I feel very shaken by this. During lockdown my 2 adult children were not able to work and so the 3 of us had to live off my salary. That was how I got into arrears. I managed to pay the levy and arrears in full a few days ago. And intend to do so going forward, although I am battling financially.. The CEO, David said that she is the only debt collector that they have and that it is only people that are in arrears that get to deal with her. My brother is a CEO and he said that in and instance like this, the employee would be given a warning.
