Unprofessional, No communication

I Currently live In Jhb and need to move to Cape Town. I tried calling, emailing, texting one of the agents Called Vivienne, Two months straight, when I call the office she's never in and the co-workers answer with attitude as if they are doing me a favor. For a person that is trying to give them money and business, this is utterly unprofessional. I have never came across such agents that are unreliable and rude.
