Theft and disgusting service leaves bitter taste

<p>I am currently leasing from Chorus Letting, and I have given notice that I will be vacating the flat at the end of August 2016.</p> <p><br />On 15/07/2016 during a viewing of the property to prospective tenants,the estate agent (Cindy on behalf of Chorus Letting) was negligent in allowing over 20 people at a time into my one bedroom flat. She was not in control of the viewing and it is due to her negligence that my cellphone was ******. When I contacted her about the theft of the cellphone, she did not even apologize for the loss of the property. </p> <p><br />Storme Kellerman, the person in charge of the admin of the property, contacted me on 15/07/2016, to apologize for the theft of the cellphone and advised that she would try to assist me in recovering the cellphone by going through the list of people that came to view the place that day. She also advised that she would contact me on Monday (18/07/2016). She did not contact me until Thursday 21/07/2016 when I requested an update regarding what action would be taken.</p> <p><br />It is my belief that it is only due to the negligence of the agent of Chorus Letting that my cellphone was ****** and I believe they are liable for the value of the cellphone.</p>
