TERRIBLE AGENCY WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE

This people are very dishonest and has no regard for you or your credit. I rented a parking space from them for about R899 a month last year. This is a month to month rental which can be canceled at any time. I have them notice on the 1st of Jan that i want to cancel the rental as i am moving out of the residence. I was advised that i have to pay Jan rental and it will be cancelled after that. I make January payment. I called in again before the end of January and someone called Ashlynne informed me that my rental has been cancelled. I received an SMS notification in Feb that I was over due for February payment. I called again and was informed that it will be handled. It still wasn’t resolved because i received a threatening sms later stating that I will be listed. After much hassle, i was informed that i have nothing to worry about. We are in April and i am trying to apply for a new rental with another agency. My credit check comes back showing that i defaulted on a payment in February to chorus letting. Please do not take any rentals from these guys as you will struggle to have your rentals cancelled and even when you manage this, you will still find yourself dealing with them much later.
