Poor Service delivery

<p>I moved into a house leased by Chorus Letting, we had an arrangement for 13h00 to do the move in inspection. When we got there at the house the agent were there but without the house key. At that time it was not raining and we started to put the stuff infront of the garage approximately after an hour it started to rain and my bedding and furniture got wet. We waited another hour for the key to arrive. A total of 2 hours waiting period. I hired a person to move my belongings and he charged me an extra 2 hours for services rendered. The agent did apologize but that didn't dry my furniture. I'm very disapointed by the service provided by Chorus Letting, I've delt with alot of agents and this is a first time I was treated so badly, I even asked her for her managers phone number but until now no number. I really hope they treat there customers better in the future.</p>
