Poor service by Propertuity and Chorus Letting.

I have had the following issues with Propertuity which further handed over to Chorus Letting.

1. lack of communication with tendants 2. Lack of follow up on issues raised 3. Security services that do not work 4. Security that is not there yet there is an office, resulting in ******ies outside the securities office. 5. Management and admin take 2 - 3 weeks to respond to emails or return calls. 6. Inaccurate statements. 7. Complaints not being addressed.

I love how the industry has painted Jonathan Liebmann to have done so much for Maboneng area and entrepreneurs at large. It sadness me to see that the same people speaking about helping up coming entrepreneurs are the ones that open the same pot holes that cause businesses to fail. How are you helping the entrepreneurs if you have to take up 3 years lease agreement , termination period to the 3 years results in lose of deposit irrespective of relationship and customer dissatisfaction. Irrespective of the poor service received, should they wish to terminate based on safety and lack of service the business still suffers a loss.
