Poor service

I app**** for a flat at 28 Betty str managed by Chorus last week. A lady by the name of Nonkululeko called me and said my ID looks like something that was made. I then went and made a copy of my smart card and certified it. I have waited for a reply for a week and no one called me up until today. I have been calling the company two or three times a day to ask if I was approved or not. Today I called them two times before they called me. After this whole waiting , they now told me the manager is not there to approve my application. Nonkululeko said it's either I wait till Monday or go and look for a flat somewhere else. I am so stressed because I intended to move this week end. I don't know where to start looking for a new place now. They should have told me earlier. I have never met such unprofessional people in my entire life. Today its Monday and no one has bothered to call me.
