Poor Service

On the 2nd March, i received banking details to deposit cash for application processing. Cash was payed on the 4th March, without me been made aware that other people qualified for the house already. When going in to the office the next day (5th March) to give in my application, still not knowing the house was taken, I was then only told the applicants were approved and have two days to pay the deposit. However they still took my application and processing fee, KNOWING that the house has been taken already. When I phoned Moira Stemmert the following day she said that they can't refund my money even thou she was on leave and couldn't inform me the house had been taken. I accepted her reason hardheartedly, and requested that the money be used for another property that might be available. Up until then i have not received any word from them regarding a property or my processing fee (which was never used to process any application). I am utterly disappointed in the level of service and greed this company operates under.
