Dishonest and outright incompentent

Do not trust these guys. We rented a property for 4 yrs and they tried to peg a security bill on us after admitting their mistake for not adding to our invoice (this is after we asked them to a number of times). Instead of taking responsibility for their error, they still wanted us to take on the bill.

We opened a case with the Renting Tribunal, which has taken (still in progress) a long time. In the meantime, they then blacklisted us for not paying rent related charges.

We happened to know the previous tenants and they did the same thing to them, except that was for the water bill.

They are *********** but will expect you to pay for their mistakes.
