Deposit not paid back

I just received a call from one of the consultants I must say this is becoming a real problem

How is mold in a house self-done, on a roof of a bathroom which the window is always open How do I advised Xabisa that I found one the keys and she does not respond….. How does Xabisa confirm the default that was on the front door that it was always there and her the guy were aware of it when I moved in. How is it that it is not mentioned that I fixed the cupboards and window handles in that unit How is it that a tenant is allowed to move in to a unit that is not painted and has markings on the walls…. If I did the mold on walls, why is it that Refiloe, new about it and brough 2 bottles of mold spray to clean up Which she was aware of and she has been using the spray all along but did not advise me…….

I will drop the 1 bedroom key at the security gate. I am liable for the bathroom lock and the back door lock.

So if you see fit, may I please get the rest of my deposit or just advise if it is not going to happen so that I can move on with my life
