CHORUS LETTING ROBBING PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY,****

me and my colleague paid 1month rent and double deposit money to chorus letting for an apartment,which they promised that we would move in on the 1st of March 2016. On the day,we got to the place, the apartment is dirty, the doors are without handles,broken,cracks all over the house,tiles are broken,dark marks on the walls, they removed the stove and didnt replace it,gyser leaking.the apartment is nothing like what this Bret guy said it is coz when we viewed,he gave us some lame story about not having keys for the apartment,showed us a lookalike instead. We were told everything will be fixed,they still havent fixed anything,when we call the agent Brett and his manager Carmen,they either do not answer,or when they do,they lie about the progress of fixing the house.this has cost us alot,where do we sleep in the mean time?atleast answer your phones and tell us the truth.we have spent alot of money on hotels,worse we have given them our money and they still have the nerve to lie. These guys are not proffesionals,they are *****,***** ****ing desperate people of their hard earned money.we are left homeless slept in a car the other day,but they dnt give a damn.we want our money back
