Chorus letting a ****!!

Chorus letting is a very ****ty agency. We app**** for an apartment and went to view at an initial complex only to be told prior to moving that the one we had viewed had been let and we were offered another one and we assumed it was in the same condition as the first one.

We paid two months upfront deposit and one months rental and the day of moving in got the keys around 7pm and only to find out that the apartment was substandard. The door handles were broken, windows levers not working and the cooker so old and we have been sending them emails and they have been ignoring us.

I feel ****** and cheated and they don't even care noone responds please people help with measures that can be taken I'm not happy at all it's been a month now and all they want is their money and they have a tendency of advertising something that they dont have available.
