Bad experience

I have had a bad experience with them, l moved in an apartment beginning of Feb 22 then month later l am told the flat has been sold l have to move out and yet signed a 12 month lease. I decided not to argue with them as l a busy person so l found another place and moved out and on top of that they held part of my deposit for a toilet seat that is loose ,l still didn't argue with them then they still want me to pay rent for the month l was not in the flat ,just because l moved out earlier than the time they wanted me to move out . I have been greatly inconvenienced and financially been ****** . I will not recommend anyone to them and any landlord who gives a property to these pple be ready for problem after problem. The flat was sold by different agencies and there had no idea we had moved in ,so l am sure the owner was fed up with them as well and us being in that flat was a way for them just to make money .
