2 months still no deposit

This is probably the worst agency ever, no communication or feedback regarding my deposit, it has now been nearly 2 months and I need to keep on asking them for feedback instead my messages gets left on blue tick with no replies from the agent. The way they operate is very unprofessional. No last inspection was done when I moved out nobody picked up the phone or responded to my emails so I had to leave the keys with the security eventho I had asked them a month earlier to please sort out all these things for when I move out they themselves knew on which date i had to move out, i even called a week before moving out but was told i need to wait for communication from the agent...on the day I moved out there was no agents no communication security didn't even know I was moving out very unpleasant service from this agency. Now 2 months later I am still waiting for my deposit I was told by the agent that the "refund is being processed" about a week ago but he can't give me any proper communication and WHEN he does respond on his own time all I get is "I will find out from management" but again I get no feedback, I am truly convinced now these people are ****mers, with all this back and forth for my own money I have also asked for any number i can call to speed this up or to find out what the issue is but again i get left on blue tick. Please do not trust agency.
