worst renting agents ever

i found a place to rent Choprop in August, i was still renting somewhere with them, i could only move in September to the new place (take in mind that the new place was vacant) i paid the deposit and ask the Agent (Kenny) to fix the place so when i move in everything will be sorted, meaning he had the whole of August to do repairs on the apartment so on the 1st of septmeber i can move in. i kept calling to find out what was the progress and was told all is well, then comes the day i need to move Kenny comes with stories that he doesnt know where the keys are, later we went to the place, they were busy with last minute repairs, the kitchen tap was leaking (you cant even use the sink because the water run to the ground once you open the tap) the bathroom tap cold water tap doesnt work at all, only hot water comes out the tap, i have been calling, even went to the agents offices till today nothing was resolved, i would advise people NEVER and i repeat NEVER RENT WITH CHOPROP!! moving its self is hard and stressfully and if you want to add on to your stress for something you paid for rent with them, they are very useless and ***********!!!!!
