WORST PROPERTY AGENCY EVER

I moved in on 1 Sep 15 having paid deposit and 1 month's on 30 Aug15. On 01 Sept 15, the key to my unit was not avail, I had viewed a certain unit and had stated that that would be the unit I would move into, it was an advertised unit. The key was not avail on 01 Sep15 not sure what the problem was, this was not communicated to me til I was heading to the complex with my movers truck. Was given a unit that was vacant for the mean time. I stayed at this particular unit for 2/3 days but on 2 day the agency was pressuring me into signing a lease for unit I was in because issues had arised with the owner of the place I was staying in so she was basically telling me I need to sign a lease for the place I had been using. She told me that the unit I initially wanted would probably not be available for the next 2 months or so.After that conversation, the owner of the unit I wanted called me to say that he would be getting his keys later during the day!****a **** to me about the probability of the unit I wanted not ever being avail. Now I've informed them I want to move out & ****a only cares about penalty charge, a point which I raised before signing the contract! THIS IS *********!
