Unbelievable

<p>i have received appalling service since we moved out of one of the units that was being let by the company above. i do not understand as to why i have to be treated like this after 4 years of paying them rent. long story short my deposite is still not in my bank account after 2 months staff is very unprofessional as well dont attend to the emails and i have to chase after my own money</p>
