TIME WASTER AND POTENTIAL ****MER

There is something really fishy about this "realtor", more like "unreal-tor" TWICE, i inquired about a property, the property was available when i inquired, but then suddenly he replies, "i spoke to the client, they have just signed a 3 year lease agreement" BUT he is their agent and he didn't know this???? He's a TIME WASTER and i am not entirely sure what his **** is, .. i'm guessing advertising or something more sinister. Who knows, but beware.
