House broken in, no help from the Agents

The agent (choprop) refuses to fix damages in the house, gate doesn't close, doors are damaged, we even had to give our boerbull dogs away because the fence wall had broken down and the dogs were a nuisance to the neighbours. the reason that the agent states is that we owe a water account which is not our fault because the pipe was leaking underground when we moved in and the bill hence accumulated ridiculously. I had to give up my deposit in order to have lights re-instated in the house. the house is generally in a bad state and they refuse to take responsibility. The house was broken into over the weekend and had our car ****** and furniture inside removed, we asked them to assist us with fixing the burglars and doors that are broken at least, they blatantly refused and had no sympathy whatsoever for our horrible experience which is due to the lack of security in the house. I have never been so ill-treated in my life, this has been going on for a while. Choprop has no respect for their tenants, they only threaten me with black listing, never keen on my well being and security and I have been complaining about security ever since I moved in.
