Terrible service at Choppies Zandspruit

The deplorable level of service at Choppies Zandspruit is disgusting to say the least.

There is a lady by the name of Thami or Thandi(Manager), she no name tag so I hope the name she gave me is correct.

I have had bad run-ins with her about 3 times, the first was when she refused to sell me electricity because 'she was busy' and when I confronted her about that she changed her tune and said the machine is offline. I ended up having to drive to the garage for electricity.

But today(at 08h47) was the worst: I was at the till paying for my items and the teller needed to void one item. The teller(Portia Zweni) called the Thandi the manager. She literally wasn't bothered, she took her time and packed baskets off the trollies and arranged the trollies etc. ONLY when she was done did she come to the till. I then asked her why she would treat a customer in this manner she just starred at me. I probed further and her response was 'customers are non of her business'. She further went on to say I must not take our my personal stress from home on her! I still can't believe it!!! The level of ridicule that I was subjected to is the worst, simply because I questioned her customer service skills. She has no sense of customer service whatsoever!

When I got to my car she was by the door of the store with some of the staff and kept pointing at me, I have no clue what she was saying.

DOESN'T CHOPPIES TRAIN THEIR STAFF, ESPECIALLY MANAGERS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.
