Terrible Service

On 05 Dec 2017, I went to purchase hair extensions at the Choppies in Thabazimbi. The teller billed me wrong and said it was R43 each whete else it was priced R15 on the tag. She said to me that she was certain and I said no. I then requested that she check the prices and she refused and said it was not her job. So I fetched the tag for her, and gave it her. She still refused, saying that she cannot change it due to bar codes being different. I then asked her to speak to people that do pricing, she again said it is not her job. Then she said I should check for other prices next to this one that I had, I said thee was nothing but eventually went and took a picture. Her colleagues came and told her that she was wrong and should fix it. She then changed tune and said that she should not be blamed as it was not her fault, and commented that I get off her back. When I told her that I would report her attitude, she said nothing will be done to her as the managers know her attitude. She then continued to say that whatever that I want, I will get, translating that if I want to fight with her, she is ready to fight back. Please can we deal with tellers that feel that it is not their duty to assist customers.
