Rude,unprofessional and lazy till operator

I was very disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism displayed by a till operator Lebohang Jane Phaladi.She is extremely rude and even had to shout at me .Really where is customer service. I was paying for items apparently some had no prices and she said I must go to check for the price and tell her .l got the shock of my life.l told her I won't do that .She started shouting and insulting until l called the manager.On coming no apology given by manager but at least she sent someone. The person never came bac .l waited for a good 5 minutes. Really this is pathetic.it leaves a lot to be desired.l had the worst experience of a lifetime .
