Poor Customer Service by Management

Poor service to poor customers, even manager at Seshego Branch doesn't take it in to consideration, i got bathsoaps which have been displayed, soaps the top n the second line were placed on the same price.

I took 2 from the top and 10 from the second, it wasn't of my interests to check what's written in the thefe, the price was place in Bold big letters and that what matters most to a customer.

When i went to the till it was a different story, i explained to the cashier, she called a lady whom she said it's her supervisor, the lady was full of attitude saying the price displayed was for different soaps and there's nothing she can do, she cancelled my purchase and left.

I requested her to call her manager for me, she **** and say he left, i then went to the security and they cooperated with me, and even gave me a book to write my complaint, cos i was pieced by the attitude of the store supervisor I couldn't be able to write, luckily and finally the so called supervisor came out after a long time with her manager,

He made things worse by covering her, stating that she's still new to the role, and that is non of my business, he acted prematurely *********** than facing the truth.

After a long fruitless conversation and time wasted, i requested to talk to his area manager and this manager showed incompetency, and m not surprised he can't handle his supervisor cos, even himself , he can't stand for the truth.

It's of vital importance for retailers to train their staff.
